Napęd, silnik, sprzęgło i skrzynia biegów - brak ogrzewania po wymianie płynu do chłodnic
Anonymous - 10-01-2009, 06:35 Temat postu: brak ogrzewania po wymianie płynu do chłodnic Witam. Wczoraj wymieniłem w pumie 1.7 płyn do chłodnic. Po całej operacji auto utrzymuje dobrą temperaturę silnika, wentylator chłodzi kiedy trzeba jednak auto wcale nie grzeje. Jaka może być przyczyna i jak to naprawić??

Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding (241220)
Draining
CAUTION:
When draining the engine coolant or changing any cooling system components, it is imperative that no coolant comes into contact with the timing or auxiliary drive belt. If necessary the belt should be removed. Contamination of the belt may result in belt failure.
1. Relieve the cooling system pressure by slowly turning the expansion tank cap a quarter turn.
2. Remove the coolant expansion tank cap.
3. Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to «Section 100-02».
µ 4. Note:
Drain the coolant into a suitable container.
Open the radiator drain valve to drain the coolant.
5. Close the drain valve when all of the coolant has been drained from the system.
6. Lower the vehicle.
Refill
µ 1. Note:
Make sure that the in-car heater temperature control is in the HOT position.
Refill the coolant expansion tank up to the MAX mark (with the engine switched off).
2. Start the engine and top up to the MAX mark with the engine running for approximately 1 to 2 minutes (rev the engine occasionally).
3. Install the expansion tank cap.
4. Warm the engine up at 3000 RPM for two fan cycles.
5. Leave to cool down and then recheck the coolant level. Top up to the MAX mark as required.
